Church facing wave of trouble

It still causes one to wonder why Archbishop Dolan has kept on so MANY of Weakland's people. It is hard for me, and so many others, to believe that any reform will take place with the people who have aided and abetted this problem,are still at the helm.

If you're right, then perhaps he thought the problem was too big for one blow of the axe, but he's trying to divvy it up into less than a thousand cuts.
Or our Archbishop doesn't share this view of our situation.
