Liturgy reform: No going back

What they have always known in Rome is important for all of us to know: Liturgy is the visible expression of the arrangement of power.

That editorial speaks true. Many of the liturgical changes have been to prop of the priest and push back the the laity.
For example, the change from sanctuary to talk show set, from Prayers at the Foot of the Altar to Opening Monologue.
