The most common way to "flip the script" is to reverse the race of the subjects involved in a news story or legal case to see if you can expect the same results.Take this one, which I've heard frequently from readers over the past few weeks:
"What if Frank Jude were white and the cops who beat him were all black? What would you say then?"
That's an interesting scenario but highly unlikely.
