New norms for the celebration of Mass, issued by the Vatican three years ago, will be implemented in the Milwaukee Archdiocese on Nov. 30, the first Sunday of Advent. ...At my parish, the practice is to not kneel even at the consecration, so I don't expect any change.

Specifically Archbishop Dolan wrote the following in his mandate for their work:Vague by secular standards, but clear for the Archdiocese.
