LaRouche Backer's Trial Set In '85 Attack on Archbishop

The Associated Press reported in The New York Times, March 23, 1986, on a case against the Democratic Party nominee for Illinois Secretary of State.

Janice A. Hart was charged with disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, in Glencoe last May 7 after a lecture on the economy by the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Milwaukee, Rembert Weakland.

At a hearing Thursday, Judge Joseph Schwaba of Circuit Court granted Mrs. Hart's request for a jury trial and set another hearing for April 16.
